La Perla di Torino continues the celebrations for its anniversary: 30 years of wonderful truffles.
The Press Day signed by La Perla di Torino was held on Wednesday 5 October to celebrate this important milestone. A day entirely dedicated to the press that allowed us to get to the heart of our production. The chocolate truffles created by the brand over the years were presented through a guided tasting, culminating in the presentation of the capsule collection created for the anniversary. Nero and Bianco. The two classic dark chocolate and white chocolate truffles, the first born 30 years ago, which have now been revisited in the recipe and in the wrapping with the experience that the company has gained in the meantime.
The day continued with a visit to the production laboratory to discover all the processes and steps that allow us to create our chocolate truffles, now known all over the world, from the raw material. A brief restorative stop at the Elements restaurant in Ronchiverdi and then end the day in the boutique in via Catania 9 in Turin, the historic location where it all began back in 1992.
