Our story began in 1992 when Sergio Arzilli left his family’s pastry shop to follow his true calling: Chocolate. He chose to revive and refine an ancient traditional Piedmont recipe, perfecting both its flavour and its shape. This is how the perfect Chocolate Truffle was born, crafted with premium ingredients and strictly gluten-free.
With the involvement of Sergio’s daughter, Valentina Arzilli, the once-small business began to steadily grow, becoming the ambassador of Italian Chocolate Mastery around the world.
