Appointment on Wednesday 14th July for the Gala Dinner under the Stars signed by Ronchiverdi. A traditional event of the Turin summer, which this year returns in its amazing version with the dinner by the pool.
The sophisticated menu for the evening ends with a dessert signed by Filippo Novelli, Pastry Chef La Perla di Torino, which presents a creamy white chocolate with pistachios and raspberry. An ode to the new Pistachio and Raspberry Chocolate Truffle that La Perla presents here as a preview for next season. A fresh explosion of taste in which the sweetness of white chocolate is perfectly balanced with the strong pistachio flavour and the freshness of raspberry.
