New menu for Elio in pairing with La Perla di Torino
A meeting reserved for a selected group of journalists and influencers was held on Wednesday 4 October at the Elio Restaurant, inside The Hoxton Rome hotel. Objective: to present the new menu with an exceptional guest. The Limoncello and Meringue Chocolate Truffle, which was given to guests for tasting paired with a cocktail created on the theme by Elio’s team of mixologists. A success!
