Saturday 5th November we celebrate together the Chocolate Truffle Day: Special 30th anniversary edition

In 2022 La Perla di Torino celebrates its first 30 years of activity and does so with a special day of open doors to discover its production laboratory. Chocolate Truffle Day is back on November 5th! You will be able to see the production cycle that allows the creation of the chocolate truffles that have made us famous all over the world since 1992.

It will be a special edition to celebrate our first 30 years together with a unique experience in the world of chocolate, where you will be the protagonists! Are you ready to become a master chocolatier for a day?

You can choose which one you prefer from the following options:

VISIT THE CHOCOLATE LABORATORY
After a brief introduction to the world of chocolate, inside the laboratory it will be possible to observe the entire production cycle and the activities that allow the birth of new products every day, the famous chocolate truffles and the study of new recipes, up to the of packaging. At the end of the visit, there will be a guided tasting of La Perla di Torino products.

I MADE A CHOCOLATE BAR
This workshop includes the same activities as the previous one (guided tour of the workshop and final tasting) but in addition we will teach you how to temper the chocolate by hand like the great chocolatiers and you will produce your own chocolate bar, which we will be hand-packed to take home.
