CioccolaTò 2023: The chocolate of wonders
From 27 October to 5 November the city of Turin is invaded by the most important chocolate producers in Italy. La Perla di Torino will be the protagonist with a dedicated stand in the prestigious setting of Piazza San Carlo, the city’s living room. But she will also be involved in a series of “off” events included in the official CioccolaTò program.
Friday 27 October, 5 pm
Filippo Novelli – Production Manager La Perla di Torino – and Alessandro Comoglio – CEO DelMago Drinks – present the new Negroni spreadable cream, designed to celebrate an icon of Italian mixology. This delicious novelty will be offered to the public through original pairings and new variations.
Sunday 29 October, 4 pm
Talk with Valentina Arzilli, chocolate entrepreneur
Valentina Arzilli – Managing Director La Perla di Torino – will tell the family history of her company: a brand synonymous with the excellence of Italian chocolate which, thanks to a solid entrepreneurial project, has been able to transform itself over the years from an artisanal reality rooted in the territory into a company structured, highly competitive and dedicated to innovation.

Chocolate Truffle Day
The long-awaited anniversary returns to celebrate the symbolic product that made it famous throughout the world. For the occasion, La Perla di Torino will open the doors of its laboratory and accompany guests on an immersive experience in the world of chocolate.
