The first edition of BUONISSIMA kicks off: great international cuisine meets Turin creativity.
Great international cuisine meets Piedmont excellences to discover and tell, together with the extraordinary gastronomic culture of a territory, the history, art, creativity and beauty of the capital that has been able to build a nation. Five days of events dedicated to the passion for quality cuisine in the company of national and international chefs, excellent products, music and entertainment in some of the most evocative and significant places in Turin.
Metti Torino a cena. Inside Buonissima, fifteen restaurants in the city open their kitchens to other Turin chefs to prepare a four-handed dinner. They have chosen each other out of affinity or affection, out of contrast or out of curiosity, but together they will propose menus that have never been seen and will never be seen again. Saturday 30 October at 8 pm Marcello Trentini, beloved chef of the starred restaurant Magorabin, hosts Filippo Novelli, Production Manager La Perla di Torino.
