On Monday, 17th of September a grand opening for the new Magorabin of the Michelin Star chef Marcello Trentini took place. He opened the doors of it gastronomic reign with an exclusive night dedicated to the discover of the new restaurant: new location, just a few step from the past one, that offers the double of the sits and inspired by the vintage atmosphere.
La Perla di Torino celebrated with renew michelin star of Turin, creating for the occasion the dessert “Peach Triple Chocolate”, a gourmet dessert signed by the pastry chef Filippo Novelli. He created a plate reinterpreting a traditional piedmont dessert with peaches, mango and passion fruit, a soft cream of dark chocolate and amaretto, crunchy ground of corn plus cocoa and to conclude an icecream of Triple Chocolate Truffle. Triple chocolate is one of new truffle just released by La Perla di Torino to celebrate a famous dessert that please palates with its aromas and intense noted of chocolate.
