In this setting, our chocolate truffles could not be missing, which for the occasion had Nero and Bianco as protagonists: the two classics revisited in the recipe and in the wrapping to celebrate the first 30 years of La Perla di Torino. Nero is the classic dark praline chocolate truffle while Bianco is the white chocolate truffle with Piedmont hazelnut IGP.
