In this international environment, La Perla di Torino presented its new chocolate truffles collection and in particular the new born: Latte Senza Latte, Triple chocolate and Moka.
Apart from the tasting , at La Perla di Torino’s booth many moments of crowd meeting with experts and gourmands took place. Thanks to the presence of our pastry chef Filippo Novelli, we had the chance to display new ways of chocolate truffle tasting and through exclusive creations, like the maxi Tiramisù chocolate truffle, an XL size of delicacies, we found a way to surprise and conquer the consumer palates.
