The new edition of Terra Madre Salone del Gusto returns to Turin from 22 to 26 September.
After the delayed 2020 edition, Turin hosts once again the world event dedicated to good, clean and fair food and food policies with the formula of the widespread exhibition, this time in the new location of Parco Dora.
La Perla di Torino will be the protagonist of Terra Madre in the pavilion dedicated to the gastronomic excellences of Piedmont, to present the seasonal novelties. The Salted Caramel Cookie Chocolate Truffle, a soft dough of salted caramel white chocolate with dark chocolate chips and biscuit. And Pistachio, the new entry among the no added sugar products in a new gianduiotto version.
At the La Perla stand it will also be possible to taste Caffè Golosi, a creation of La Perla Coffee Experience which combines Lavazza coffee with La Perla di Torino spreads. An irresistible mix!
