The 70 years of Pastificio Bolognese Muzarelli, the inauguration of Casa Mago, the Gala Dinner for Gente di Lago e di Fiume are only few of the many events in which the chocolate truffles signed by La Perla di Torino were the absolute protagonists.
The Pastificio Bolognese has set up a corner dedicated to our truffles for its 70 years, to remeber a partnership that has lasted for decades. Marcello Trentini, a historic friend of La Perla, wanted our chocolate truffles for the inauguration of Casa Mago, his new cocktail bar: the very new Arachide Salata immediately became the star of the evening paired with Carlotta Rubia’s cocktails. And then Filippo Novelli, our Pastry Chef, created the dessert for the Gala dinner organized by the starred chef Marco Sacco during the second edition of Gente di Lago e di Fiume: Filippo proposed a caramelized Tarte Tatin with a base cream La Perla Bianca.
But La Perla di Torino doesn’t stop because from Golosaria to CioccolaTO, passing through the Tartufo Day, there are still many events and fairs where you can come and visit us in the coming weeks!
