Cibus 2021, the most important International Food Exhibition that takes place in Parma every two years, is an unmissable event for all the food workers as well as being an important stage for prestigious awards.
With great emotion La Perla di Torino took home two awards that give us the energy to continue our chocolate-work with passion:
– Best Spread Product Innovation for Tiramisu Spread
– Best Charity Initiative for the 100 kg of chocolate project to support the Italian Red Cross
These awards were collected with great pride by Sergio Arzilli, the pastry chef who gave birth to La Perla di Torino and who has been driving it for almost thirty years with the same enthusiasm as on the first day.
