Limoncello and Meringue Chocolate Truffle at the Fontanafredda Harvest Festival
The now unmissable annual event of the Harvest Festival took place on Saturday 9 September in the splendid setting of the Villaggio Narrante of Fontanafredda, in Serralunga d’Alba. A day dedicated to good wine, music and fun, where the protagonist was the Degustando traveling lunch signed by the great starred chefs of Piedmont.
To celebrate the last glimmer of summer, which the moment of harvest usually brings with it, we have made the Limoncello and Meringue Chocolate Truffle the protagonist with its homage to Italianness and the most decisive Mediterranean flavours.
