Wednesday 8th September was held the Eataly Green Gala by the pool.
In the exclusive location of the Ronchiverdi Club, the most famous sport & business club in Turin, the standing dinner was held with refined dishes by Eataly and signature cocktails by Otium Green Pea. La Perla di Torino was among the protagonists with a rich “tartufata” with its most loved chocolate truffles:
Salted peanut, caramel white chocolate with roasted peanuts and sweet Cervia salt
Dark Macaé, with single origin Brazilian cocoa beans and Piedmont hazelnuts
Pistachio and Raspberry, the novelty for 2021 with a base of white chocolate combined with whole pistachios and raspberry crispy.
