The Advanced Training Course in Food & Wine Experience Design organized by Scuola Holden and Gambero Rosso Academy chose La Perla di Torino for the first of its outside lessons. The day began with a guided tour of the laboratory together with our Pastry Chef Filippo Novelli and continued with discussions about positioning, marketing, communication and new scenarios of the Food sector together with the Marketing Manager Valentina Arzilli.
