- Location: The tour takes place at the La Perla di Torino production facility located at Lungo Dora Pietro Colletta 81, 10153, Turin.
- Parking: Free outdoor parking is available.
- Arrival: Please arrive 10 minutes before the tour is scheduled to begin.
- Punctuality: For delays exceeding 10 minutes, entry cannot be guaranteed.
- Duration: The visit lasts approximately 1 hour.
- Rescheduling: If you are unable to attend, you may request to reschedule by providing at least 72 hours’ notice prior to the start time. Requests must be sent exclusively via email to c.laronga@laperladitorino.it.
- Refunds: The tour is non-refundable.
- Language: The tour is conducted in Italian.
