The Truffle Day returns Saturday, November 9th! A day dedicated to chocolate truffles, the excellent product by La Perla di Torino, has now reached its third edition. And after the success of the previous years it replies with a sold out event also for the 2019 edition. The day is organized with Open Factories, an event created by the Piedmont Region and which this year is part of the Technology Festival, with the aim of bringing citizens to the Piedmontese industrial heart in order to discover the craftsmanship and innovation that enrich the territory.
So open doors for visiting our chocolate laboratory, led by our Pastry Chef Filippo Novelli, on a journey to discover chocolate, techniques and production phases that lead to the creation of chocolate truffles: the processing of raw materials, roasting of Piedmontese hazelnuts, receiving and packaging of the finishes product. An immersive experience designed to live a special moment of sharing and to capture the secrets of working chocolate by the master craftsmen, who are hidden behind the creation of refined and quality products such as those signed by La Perla di Torino.
Following the visit to the laboratory there will be a special tasting to discover our new and classic truffles, as well as the possibility of buying a special pack of 12 truffles in which all the declinations conceived by the Turin maison are enclosed: the classic truffles, La Perla Nera and La Perla Bianca, passing through the Moka, the Pistachio and the Honey and Ginger truffles, until the last arrived Salted Peanut. The pack will be available only for a few days and in a limited edition, not to be missed by the chocolate lovers.
