19 November 2019 La Perla di Torino

Saturday, November 16th we were at Eataly World Bologna, where Valentina Arzilli, Marketing Manager of La Perla di Torino, was among the protagonists of the talk The feminine side of chocolate. The meeting, organized by Clara and Gigi Padovani on the occasion of FICO‘s second birthday, aimed to highlight female entrepreneurship in the world of chocolate and Valentina Arzilli was chosen as the protagonist along with Cecilia Tessieri and Miriam Gardini. It was a moment of reflection on this precious product, in a place that consecrates food as a product of great cultural depth.

At FICO Eataly World Bologna Valentina Arzilli spoke of innovation and how this should be the center around which the activity of a brand revolves, also and above all of a family-run company like La Perla di Torino, founded in 1992 by Sergio Arzilli, who still runs it, and together with whom Valentina has been pursuing success for years. A success made of history and tradition that go hand in hand with originality and innovation. During the talk, in fact, Valentina presented the two novelties of this season signed by La Perla di Torino: the Arachide Salata chocolate truffle, also known as salted peanut, white caramel chocolate with peanut paste and Cervia salt, which follows the line now widespread in pastry which combines the sweet with salty notes; and Perle, an innovative product that combines the maxi pleasure of chocolate truffles in a mini two-gram format, in seven flavour variations (Salted Pistachio, Salted Peanut, Passion Fruit and Raspberry, Tiramisu, Hazelnut and Dark Chocolate).
