The experience, which can be purchased via gift card on the La Perla di Torino website, will take place on Saturday 18 February at La Perla Coffee Experience, the shop in shop in the historic address of via Catania 9 in Turin, where it is possible to buy and taste the blends La Reserva de ¡Tierra! by Lavazza – with which the well-known Turin chocolate brand shares values and visions.
The Coffee Experience: between coffee and chocolate
The Chocolate & Coffee Experience includes a guided coffee tasting paired with the chocolate truffles that have made La Perla di Torino famous all over the world. There will be three blends La Reserva de ¡Tierra! by Lavazza protagonists: Colombia, India and Brazil. Each of them will be paired with three chocolate truffles: the new Limoncello and Meringue, Puro Nero with no added sugar and the Dark Macaé. Each participant – in addition to exploring the world of coffee tasting thanks to the guidance of an expert – will also learn to recognize the quality of the three blends, through aromas and tasting. Furthermore, thanks to an interactive placemat, he will be able to discover the organoleptic characteristics of each coffee by challenging his partner in the search for nuances of aroma and taste. The original pairing experience will end with the sweet and welcoming taste of a homemade hot chocolate and with a romantic La Perla di Torino gift box containing the delicious heart-shaped pralines filled with chocolate truffles.
