  • How do I store your chocolate?

    Ideal storage temperature is between 12 and 20°C, with 65% maximum humidity. Do not refrigerate or freeze. Chocolate does not love temperature changes: cold makes it hard inside and covers it with moisture which causes opacity. Hot, instead, can melt the cocoa butter. And once that temperature goes down, it cools and crystallizes creating a whitish patina (this process is definied “tempering”). Also, light and strong odors can affect chocolate. Therefore, chocolate need to be stored in its original package in a cool and dry place.

Deliveries

  • Can my order be delivered to different recipients?

    We always try to make individual deliveries to guarantee traceability of each order. For this reason, sometimes it is not possible to split an order. In these cases, if possible, we suggest you to make different orders for each delivery address. If you have any questions or any special need, we kindly ask you to contact us. We are at your disposal.

  • Can I change my order after confirmation?

    We try to make any change possible during the ordering process. Anyway, as the service is automated, it is not possible to make changes independently. We are at your disposal for any special needs and we kindly ask you to contact us immediately. However, we remind you to carefully check your orders before confirmation.

  • I’m finding some difficulties in placing the order: can you assist me?

    Of course! Please follow these easy steps:
    Once you are logged in, choose your items and put them in the cart. Check if the cart contains all the desired products and the right quantities, then choose a destination address if it’s not the one provided previously. Choose the desired payment method and click on “Proceed”. You can even add a greetings message for your recipient!
    Access the summary and enter your payment details. Once you have authorized the order, you will receive a confirmation by email within few minutes.

  • Is online shopping safe?

    Thanks to our continuous research and development in Information Security, we can guarantee that the purchase procedure is perfectly safe. You can easily order your favourite chocolate.

Technical Aspects

  • I had a problem while browsing the website, what can I do?

    Please let us know about the error. We will make our best to fix the problem. If the error does not allow you to place an order, we will be glad to help you in the process. You can get in contact with us by email at [email protected]

  • How can I change my email address and update my personal datas?

    Once logged in, browse in your “Account” area by clicking on the icon at the top right. In “Address” area, you can change the existing shipping and billing address, or you can set a new one. Under “Account Details” you can change all your personal datas: First Name, Last Name, Email Address and Password.

  • How can I recover my password?

    Click on “Forgot your Password?” link that can be found on the login page. You will be required to provide the same email address you used to register. We will send you a new password in your email box. If you do not receive any email, please check in your junk mail box, because self-generated messages are often mistaken for spam. If you still have issues, fill in the contact form. We will be glad to help you.

  • Why can’t I sign in on the website?

    Verify that the email provided is correct and active. If the system informs you that the provided email is already registered, reset your password by clicking on “Forgot your Password?” link below the login template.

  • Why can’t I log in?

    Are you sure you are not already register? To sing in on the website is very easy, if you have not done it yet. Click on the “Account” icon at the top right, enter the page and fill in the registration form. Once you are registered, just enter your email and password to log in.
