La Perla di Torino accepts orders that require delivery to the following countries:
Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Liechtenstein, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Monaco, Norway, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, United Kingdom (UK), Czech Republic, Romania, San Marino, Serbia, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, United States (USA), Sweden, Vatican.

La Perla di Torino is available to make free quotes for requests that require shipping to countries other than those mentioned above, in Europe or in other non-European countries.


SHIPPING CONDITIONS in the European area

The acceptance of the taking charge of the order is communicated by sending an automatic summary e-mail to the e-mail address indicated by the Customer. We need a direct telephone number to contact you in case of need.

We cannot ship and deliver to PO Boxes.

La Perla di Torino prepares the goods contained in the order and give them to the Courier. Deliveries are made on weekdays between 8:30am and 6 pm, they are not made on holidays. The delivery times of the Courier to the Client’s home are in any case to be considered indicative as they may undergo variations due to force majeure, disadvantaged traffic and road conditions, strikes or an act of the Authority.



These are charged to the customer and vary according to the country of delivery: the cost is processed directly by the system after entering the details of the delivery address in the check-out fields. For orders in Italy over € 50, shipping is free.

In the presence of the courier, please check that:
– the number of packages delivered corresponds to what is indicated on the waybill (delivered by the Courier)
– the packaging is not visibly damaged, nor tampered with, nor wet, nor too light or otherwise altered in the closing materials.

All our packages are branded La Perla, carry an identification label with the recipient’s details and are sealed with tape with a personalized logo. Any external damage or the mismatch in the number of packages must be immediately reported to the Courier in writing on the delivery note. In the event that it is not possible to verify the integrity of the product at the time of delivery, we invite you to sign “subject to verification” on the delivery receipt. Orders acquired by 24.00 on working days are entrusted to the Courier within the second following working day. From the day of assignment to the courier, the estimated times for delivery by the Courier must be calculated.



When the order is ready for shipment, the courier sends users a message informing them of the day the delivery is scheduled. However, it is not possible to define a precise time and delivery is not anticipated by telephone, therefore please provide a constantly manned address. Unfortunately, we are not the ones who choose the person who will make the delivery directly, so if the customer has received an unsuitable delivery service, please let us know. We will try our best to make the service better.

If the courier is unable to start or continue the transport of the sender’s shipment for reasons not attributable to it, this will not constitute a breach of the contract stipulated with the sender, but the courier must do everything reasonably possible, given the circumstances, to start or continue transport. Events of force majeure will constitute: disruption of land or air routes due to bad weather, as well as fire, flood, war, riot or riot, initiatives by government authorities or other authorities (including, by way of example only, customs), labor disputes or obligations involving the courier or third parties.



Shipments outside the EEC are accompanied by an invoice, as required by current regulations. Please check the import conditions in your country before placing an order. You may pay unexpected additional charges (taxes and customs duties) that we cannot estimate. The shipment will arrive directly at the place of delivery indicated without having to pay additional sums with respect to what has already been paid at the time the order is placed. If you wish to ship to a country that is not part of the EEC, we recommend that you inquire about the limits related to the import of food products in the country of destination, before confirming your order.
